Visits in the app are free of charge, regardless of whether your pet is insured or not. With our app, as a dog and cat owner, you will receive advice and assistance from our veterinarians. We offer drop-in services in the app, and you do not need to schedule an appointment. You can let your dog or cat stay in their safe environment and choose to contact us via chat, voice, or video call. Convenient and straightforward!
